National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is a highly sophisticated organization that provides leaders in the military and federal government with specific intelligence that relies on powerful and sensitive satellites and other observational equipment to maintain a class of intelligence unavailable from any other organization in the intelligence community.
You can imagine how their manpower needs might be difficult to fill since the specialties required are far from the mainstream, and NGA was virtually unknown in a crowded intelligence-centric employment marketplace.
MarCom Group was called upon to help create awareness for NGA and provide recruitment support materials that differentiated them and provided a very positive perspective on the fascinating and vital nature of their work.
We created a series of print advertisements and coordinated brochures for use by NGA recruiters. These printed pieces were intricate and sophisticated and not only provided information but also served as a metaphor for the work NGA engaged in every day.
