We partnered with TSA to build a bold, unified outreach campaign and launch a full-scale national recruitment strategy. From engaging creative to geo-targeted media, we tailored campaigns to reach the right candidates in the right places—using an omnichannel mix of video, radio, out-of-home, social, and digital placements.
For FAMS, we focused on action-driven storytelling and location-specific targeting around gyms, police stations, and law enforcement training centers. One campaign alone brought in 11,000+ applications in just 30 days. A follow-up effort saw a 28% increase in applicants and a drop in cost-per-application by nearly $7.
We supported in-person and virtual events, directed thousands of job applications through the new TSA careers site, and helped the agency extend 150+ contingent job offers in a single weekend.
