Fairfax, VA — MarCom Group proudly announces its official certification as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). While MarCom Group has always operated as a self-certified and registered WOSB, this marks the first time SBA has directly awarded the designation.

The SBA was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the federal government to aid, counsel, assist, and protect the interests of small business concerns; preserve free competitive enterprise; and maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation. SBA offers four certifications for small businesses, one of those being the WOSB designation.
